Established in 2010 and based in Newtown, Connecticut, Mercutek was originally founded to provide innovative technology solutions for the cement industry to meet compliance regulations for mercury abatement and emissions standards. Our experienced professionals quickly realized these proven, internationally patented processes and proprietary grinding technologies could be applied to other materials that are treated, processed or by-products of manufacturing.

These solutions provide beneficial removal and isolation for heavy metals and toxins found in activated carbon, clay and other industrial dusts. PETER D'AMICO
President & CEO

Peter D’Amico originally founded Mercutek, LLC in 2010 and currently serves as president and CEO. Mr. D’Amico is known for his integrity and honesty providing customers with innovative technology solutions and materials for over 40 years. He established Bulk Materials International in 1986 an established BMI as a leading supplier of raw materials to the global cement industry. He then led SCB International Materials, Inc. to become a prominent supplier for both the cement industry and power industry. Based on his chemical industry background, technical expertise and knowledge of manufacturing processes, Mr. D’Amico has developed integral technology services and innovative solutions for companies looking for cost effective alternatives to help meet environmental regulation requirements.
Mr. D’Amico holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Superior Design Solutions LLC (SDS) with a fabrication facility located in Joshua, TX. is fully capable of complex Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), ASME Section VII vessel calculations, Oil field production process flow, Solidworks Design, structural analysis, green methods of produced water cleaning and R&D.
EFI Group based in Baltimore, Maryland is our primary manufacturing engineering partner practicing process engineering, process design, design engineering, manufacturing technology and engineering services. They bring extensive experience working in manufacturing environments.
